Demi Lovato continues to be happy with her new lifestyle without dieting, and she is definitely not afraid to show it.
Recently, the pop star reckoned she would stop being a slave to strict regimes when it comes to her food and gave up the battle of constantly trying to look slim.
Staying true to her decision, the singer shared a photograph of herself on last month where the focus falls on her thicker legs.
Although she admits feeling insecure about the size of her thighs in the picture, she decided to post it since she looked genuinely happy in it.
The singer, whose real name is Demetria Devonne Lovato, poses dressed up in an oversized black leather jacket and white-heeled boots while sitting in a swing. The star is touching her loose hair while looking seductively at the camera.
Lovato decided to make the drastic change in her nutritional habits mostly because of the eating disorder she was battling.
The 25-year-old entertainer said the transformation is really challenging but definitely worth it as she felt happier now.
Although she gained a little weight since she stopped the diets, the singer said she was feeling better because she was no longer keeping herself away from her favorite types of food.
Lovato also added that nobody needs a diet to feel complete and of course, everything should be taken in moderation.
The singer also talked about raising awareness for the issue of eating disorders. She has stated that people should not be judged by their looks only as their inner qualities have to be considered too.
When she is not fighting to promote healthy body image, Lovato is busy helping a friend propose on stage. Rayvon Owen, who was a top finalist on American Idol, revealed that the talented diva played a major part in his proposal to his boyfriend of two years, Shane Bitney Crone.
