After posting quite the confusing tweet on Friday night, Fox News Channel star Sean Hannity’s account disappeared for no apparent reason. For a period, the page was unreachable, presenting visitors with a message that the account has been deactivated.

The mysterious post said “Form Submission 1649” and caused quite a stir between the millions of followers of the controversial and famous TV host.

The account was restored back a few hours later, but Hannity took a while before posting anything new since his mysterious post from Saturday. There is still no response from Fox News, as well as from Twitter.

Mr. Hannity faced some serious criticism after his rapid change of mind during his show on Thursday.

At first, the conservative political commentator stated firmly that the whole story about President Donald Trump wanting to remove Robert Mueller from the current Russia investigation was fake.

However, just some moments later, he admitted to actually having sources that confirmed the president’s wish to remove the special counsel from the Russia probe. The sudden twist received backlash from viewers.

The short disappearance of the account triggered an enormous wave of speculation among people, all wondering what the reasons could be.

Because of Hannity’s preferred recent topics such as corruption among FBI members or the supposed existence of the Deep State secret society, it was not hard for people to think of various possible explanations for the meaning of the cryptic message.

One feasible explanation was that due to Hannity’s support for Mr. Trump, people in high government positions were coming after the TV firebrand.

Another, not so wild theory, is that the deactivation was done by a Twitter employee like it was the case with Trump’s account, which was unavailable for 11 minutes in November.

Either way, when Hannity finally returned, he promised to share more information about the so-called Deep State on his show Monday.
