Meghan Markle Will Spend Christmas With Prince Harry’s Family For The First Time

Prince Harry Meghan Markle Engagement

After Meghan Markle’s plans for the holidays remained a mystery for a long time, they have now been revealed: the Suits actress will be spending Christmas time with the royal family.

A representative from the Kensington Palace officially confirmed that Mrs. Markle will join Prince Harry, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at Sandringham on Christmas Day.

This is the only exception to the long-standing tradition of inviting new members of the royal family only after they are officially wed.

The interesting fact is that no such invitations were previously made to Kate Middleton or Camilla Parker Bowles, neither to Lady Diana Spencer, at least not before they officially married into the royal family.

However, this is not the first tradition to be broken because of the popular future member of the royal family, as she was one of the guests for the Queen’s Royal Household Christmas Party, which was hosted by Lord Chamberlain at Windsor Castle.

Usually, no partners of the family are invited before they tied the knot.

Apparently, Lord Chamberlain Earl Peel lit up the atmosphere with a joke, saying the next year will be a busy one for employees with the upcoming Royal wedding.

The American activist looked stunning in a burgundy cocktail dress and made a solid impression, according to people who saw her there: “She held out her hand & said ‘Hi, I’m Meghan.’ She was unbelievably beautiful, and Harry looked so proud.”

Prince Harry and Markle have not been seen in public since their first official appearance after the announcement of their engagement on November 27.

The reason behind this is that the actress has been trying to spend more time in Los Angeles, California with her mother before the holiday season begins.

Fans of the royal family believe that Markle will have no trouble adjusting to her new reality.
