Jane Seymour surprised everybody with the news that she was appearing in an issue of Playboy.
The Wedding Crashers actress, who turned 67 on the 15th of February, posted a statement that there was going to be an interview with her in the famous magazine on her Instagram account on Wednesday.
Seymour’s message was accompanied by a photograph used in the issue she was going to be featured in.
In the picture, the English acting legend looks gorgeous while smiling with her long light brown hair let loose. She is dressed in silky lace lingerie and covered with a pink plush.
The stunning 67-year-old also wrote about what her fans should expect from the article. In the interview, she talks about her lengthy career, family, and how incredible she feels at this age.
She also mentioned about how differently she feels now as opposed to when she was younger. Seymour explained that she is finally comfortable in her own skin and thinks she is sexier now than ever before.
She stated: “I feel much sexier now than I ever did when I was younger. Then, I was like, ‘Oh gosh, I am supposed to be sexy. What is that?! There’s an enormous freedom in having lived as long as I have. Like my father used to say, ‘ I am comfortable in my own skin.”
The star also mentioned that despite her age, she still attracts men’s attention from time to time and finds it very flattering. She added that this was quite surprising given her age when she expected not to be noticed anymore.
This is not the first time Jane appears in Playboy as she has done so on two previous occasions: in the issues of July 1973 and January 1987.
Throughout her lengthy career, she mostly stands out with her roles in the James Bond movie, Live and Let Die, from 1973 and playing in the TV series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.
