Eliza Dushku, 37, a talented actress who made a name for herself thanks to the series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, is the next celebrity to come out with allegations that she has suffered sexual misconduct at the hands of a Hollywood colleague.
In her case, she was apparently victim to the hands of stunt coordinator Joel Kramer, who worked with her on the set of True Lies.
What makes the situation particularly shameful is the fact that Kramer was reportedly tasked with overseeing the safety of actors involved in the production, specifically their physical well-being as he kept them prepared for the unusual stunts required by the production.
Dushku alleges that the problems started gradually, with Kramer putting a lot of effort into grooming her and preparing her family as well. He then lied about taking her for a swim at the pool and took advantage of her.
The actress went into some detail about the way the alleged assault took place and claimed that there were actually multiple incidents in total.
Kramer took some time to react to the accusations, but when he did, it was in a way that was quite surprising to some.
The stuntman said he was hurt and angry and is even considering taking legal action against Dushku because the allegations have ruined his good name.
Moreover, he stated that someone else who was working on the movie reportedly told him that the young teenager had a big crush on him at the time.
It appears that Kramer’s statements have not helped his case because most commenters found that he could have handled the accusations more thoughtfully.
