Jennifer Aniston is reportedly ready to move on after announcing her split from Justin Theroux, but dating is not her priority.
A source told Hollywood Life: “Love is taking a back seat as she is much more interested in her work and just living life. She does not have any eyes for a man right now and is taking her newly available time for herself.”
The movie stars shocked the world recently with news that they had decided to separate from each other.
The celebrity couple chose to tell the world about their split just one day after they spent one final romantic date in Los Angeles on Valentine’s Day.
Apparently, the two of them had decided to break up jointly in a very civilized manner and without any rows.
Nevertheless, there was some disagreement on when exactly they would share the big news, as Aniston preferred to avoid gossip for as long as possible.
The news that the star from Friends did not celebrate her recent 49th birthday with her husband gave birth to multiple speculations on whether or not everything was going on well in the marriage of the two actors.
Instead of spending her birthday with Theroux, Aniston preferred the company of her best girlfriends Courteney Cox, Andrea Bendewald, Leigh Kilton-Smith, and Kristin Hahn in Malibu, California.
The separation of the two comes after only 24 months of marriage and seven years of dating.
Both actors decided to be open up about their situation to avoid false rumors and speculations in the tabloids. They also claimed their relationship ends with mutual respect and friendship and on good terms.
Maybe one of the main reasons their relationship did not work out was the fact that Aniston and Theroux were living in different cities most of the time.
While she was more comfortable in Los Angeles, he preferred life in New York.
The estranged pair met in 2004 while filming the movie Tropic Thunder, but it was not until 2011 when they started seeing each other. The two actors married in August 2015 right before Theroux’s 44th birthday.
