Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have been avoiding public appearances together for quite some time now until the two of them were spotted partying at the comedian’s 50th birthday bash.
Very unlikely for Hollywood, the two actors have been exceptionally secretive about their relationship and have never actually confirmed whether anything was going on between them.
Supposedly, their romance started four years ago, although the two of them have avoided being seen together in public.
This was until Wednesday evening, when Holmes attended the birthday party of Foxx, standing close to the Oscar winner.
The ex-wife of actor Tom Cruise could not keep herself from smiling when Foxx grabbed her arm at some point during the event.
The face of the 38-year-old actress was glowing with happiness and love as the two of them were seen laughing and hugging on camera.
An insider had the following to say about the romance in an interview: “This is not some intense romance. Jamie and Katie are friends and have been for a long time. They are two adults who are attractive and single, and so apparently conclusions will be drawn. However, contrary to those conclusions, they are not about to run off and make some serious commitment.”

The two actors had been hiding their relationship for years, before finally starting to reveal their romance to the world.
The reason behind all this mystery is believed to be the divorce between Holmes and Cruise in 2012.
Apparently, it was not easy for Holmes to earn back her freedom as she had to deal with some serious clauses in the divorce settlement.
The actress agreed to avoid public relationships with another man for five years after the divorce in exchange for millions in child support and payments for her.
It was also revealed by an insider that Holmes is not allowed to embarrass Cruise in various ways, including talking about Scientology or letting any boyfriend near their daughter, Suri.
