Miranda Lambert is having a great week and living her best life. The 35-year-old Texas native won this year’s Gene Weed Milestone Award for outstanding achievement in country music.
This was her 33rd ACM awards; Lambert has no competition in this area. In her speech, she talked about the ups and downs of her profession and thanked everyone involved.
She also wrote this on social media: “Thank you @acmawwards for an awesome night,” she wrote. “I love the country music family and Nashville with all my heart. @keithurban thank you for singing with me and inspiring me for so many years. Forever a fan! And to my hot date thanks for joining me on this crazy cool journey! #acmhonors #thehousethatbuiltme #theMrs.”
While some stars prefer to have their privacy when they are out together with their loved ones, Lambert is not shy at all to be seen next to her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, as the two were recently spotted holding hands in New York, a few days before the big awards show.
They both looked spectacular, and even though McLoughlin’s outfit was done in a more simplistic style, many still commended him for his taste and overall display.
On the other hand, Lambert was more eye-catching with her appearance, which seemed to have some old school vibes to it as well.
Pictures of the two immediately started circulating the Internet, and many of their fans were quick to pour in with supportive comments.
Meanwhile, Lambert has talked about her current situation, explaining that she feels really great and happy overall, and even joked that it might be contagious to those around her.
She also pointed out that life was full of surprises for her, and she kept coming up against interesting challenges that she had never expected to face before.
With that in mind, she added that she loved all people around her, and has been continuously looking for ways to express that.
Lambert and her husband have been going strong for a while now, and it looks like their relationship is doing quite well.
Many of their fans have been supportive as well, expressing their best wishes for the couple and wishing them a successful and bright future together. Which, at this point, seems to be completely on the table for both of them.

Lambert is also discovering a new role in her life, stepmother to Landon, who is nine months old.
