Teresa Giudice has definitely proven that with hard work and patience, everything is possible.
The 46-year-old star from The Real Housewives of New Jersey took part in a bodybuilding competition where she managed to grab the third place.
The event took place on Saturday in Medford, New Jersey, where the celebrity showed off her muscular figure in a two-piece bikini set among other fellow bodybuilders.
Since Giudice came out of prison two years ago, she has been enticing her fans and followers with videos of her workouts on social media. However, the star’s participation in the bodybuilding challenge was kept a secret.
Giudice’s last workout on Instagram dates back from the end of the last month when she posted a video of herself doing exercises for her back and shoulders. The athlete did not forget to remind her fans how to do the training properly as she wrote some tips in the caption.
In other videos, Giudice can be seen doing squats with additional weights or working out on a curl machine. The star included various bits of advice for the proper execution of the exercises in captions to these posts too, to avoid unwanted traumas for her viewers.
One source said, “She has been training for this bodybuilding competition since December. She wanted a new challenge and pushed herself to the extreme. Right now she is in the best shape of her life.”

The fitness-enthusiast has revealed in the past that she is very passionate about yoga too. In an interview from 2016, Giudice talked about the positive effect yoga had on her during her 11-month imprisonment.
Apparently, she loved practicing so much that she had set her mind on becoming a certified instructor one day. The star claimed that she would accomplish her goal in time, but for now, she is occupied with taking care of her four daughters.
