In a new video for a remix of Bruno Mars’ “Finesse,” Cardi B is going wild in a cool retro style, showing off her dancing skills as well as her fresh clothes.
The music video was produced in an authentic old-school style, and everyone involved seemed to be having a great time, something which was also confirmed by Cardi B herself later on.
There has been a lot of back and forth on social media following the release of the video in fact, with many exclaiming how much they enjoyed taking part in it.
References to the series In Living Color did not go unnoticed and drew even more attention to the production, and the video quickly became an Internet sensation.
Cardi B has been doing quite well in her career as a whole, as she has been nominated twice for the Grammy Awards on January 28.
She admitted that the whole thing has been making her very nervous, and she seems to be having some trouble handling her newfound place in the spotlight, but fans remain sure that they will be seeing a lot of great things from her in the near future.
She did also claim to already feel like a winner, so she seems to be in the right state of mind for taking this on.
The “Bodak Yellow” singer also has some exciting gigs lined up ahead of her in the upcoming weeks, so her supporters will probably not be left bored at least for a few months, and she will not waste any time in the spotlight.
