Steve Bannon Prepares For War With Mitch McConnell As He Compares Donald Trump To A Child

Steve Bannon Donald Trump White House

Steve Bannon is no longer at the White House, but he is not letting the fight against his opponents go that easily.

Recently, he made some statements about his former boss, President Donald Trump, during an interview, and according to reports, he once jokingly compared him to an 11-year-old child while talking to a friend.

He also claims that Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law, is probably not the best staffer in Trump’s administration, despite the influence which he exercises.

Mr. Bannon then moved on to Ivanka Trump, calling her “the queen of leaks,” which she did not respond lightly to, calling him a liar.

The controversial conservative kingmaker also had some comments about Trump himself, stating that the president tends to make people around him in his administration do “ridiculous” things.

In the end, he added that the days of the establishment’s rule over the Republican Party are numbered.

Recent developments around the White House have been quite surprising in their tone, and this administration is unlike any other in terms of its public displays.

It is not just about Trump, either — plenty of people around him seem to share his style of thinking and acting.

Right now, Bannon seems to believe that Kushner was a major contributor to Trump’s problems, partly due to his involvement with the Russian side.

The Breitbart executive also feels that he was never a right fit for his old post. He explained, “I realize in hindsight I was just a staffer, and I am not a good staffer.”

He also claims that the internal struggles of the GOP will become even more intense, and referenced recently brewing trouble on the horizon, such as the actions of Mitch McConnell.

These exchanges are likely going to continue for some time too, as neither side seems to have any intention of slowing down, certainly not Bannon.
