ABC’s ‘Roseanne’ Reboot Has A Premiere Date And A New Teaser

Roseanne took its fans on an emotional rollercoaster while it was still running, and some were very displeased with the way producers handled the last season of the show.

It has been a while since we have seen the full cast on the screen, and while many believe that the story was done for good, it looks like this is far from the case.

The reboot for the show has officially been given a launch date, and fans should get ready for a new chapter in the lives of their characters on March 27 at 8 PM on ABC.

Season 10 has been confirmed to have nine episodes total, and it will likely pick up right where the last one left off.

Moreover, for those who were worried that things would not feel the same with some cast members missing, you can put those worries to rest too.

It has been confirmed that (almost) everyone is coming back, and the cast is actually getting expanded with a new character played by Sarah Chalke. The Canadian actress played Becky in the original series with Lecy Goranson.

Johnny Galecki, who was very popular with fans back in the day, will only return for one episode because of contractual obligations linked CBS’s hit show The Big Bang Theory. It is not much, but it is better than not having him at all.

Will we be treated to some sad moments regarding Dan (John Goodman) and his heart attack? Apparently, the answer is no, the character is true to himself and perfectly fine.

This was a significant point of controversy back when the show was originally airing, and the dream sequence was highly criticized.

Hopefully, the producers are going to pick things up on a more cheerful note, and they are going to revive the unique, charming atmosphere so many people loved about Roseanne.

Alternatively, this reboot could also easily ruin the memories of some supporters who used to love the show a couple of decades ago and might harm its legacy.
