The recent arrest of former Glee star Naya Rivera has been a hot topic for many fans of the show and the actress herself on the different social media channels.
After the dust settled down and the initial confusion was resolved, a slightly worrying picture is starting to emerge.
Reports indicate that the phone call made by Rivera’s husband, Ryan Dorsey, to the police has been leaked. The 911 call revealed a distressed Dorsey asking for police assistance.
In the call, he described his wife’s behavior as “out of control,” and stated that physical violence had taken place after she had gone overboard with her drinking.
The night ended with Rivera’s arrest, but it looks like things are far from over for Dorsey — or Rivera for that matter.
In fact, Dorsey seems understandably quite affected by the what happened that night, and he has asked online followers to respect the privacy of his family and let them work out the situation on their own.
The Ray Donovan actor did attempt to end the message on a positive note, but it is hard to imagine that his state of mind is anything but troubled at the moment.
For now, Rivera has reportedly been charged with domestic battery, and the police seem to have video evidence of her assault.
What will happen next is hard to tell, but the situation will likely receive a lot of attention for the sheer fact that it involves domestic violence against a man.

This has been a sensitive topic in the media in general, but perhaps a celebrity can help bring it to light in a better way, despite the unfortunate situation this creates for them.
The whole display is not very pretty, but hopefully, society and all the parties involved will reach a better place after all is said and done.
